Expressive Typography Motion Graphic
The Ultimate goal of this project was to choose either a speech, song, or poem and create a motion graphic only manipulating the typography, and color to visually express words, phrases, and sentences from the chosen audio. I chose to utilize the famous Coach Herb Brookes speech given to the 1980 Men's US Olympic hockey team in the olympic metal round against the Soviet olympic hockey team. This was a very intense, and motivating speech, so I purposely expressed his words very dramatically throughout.
